Kids 5 through 12 connect with nature every second Wednesday of each month in this 2 1/2 hour program. The workshops include the following:

  • Gardening

  • Food demonstrations and education

  • Yoga and movement

  • Breathwork and mindfulness practices

  • Art and more!
