History of Ice Cream

Have you ever wondered about where this smooth, delicious dessert came from?    We have also wondered and we looked into. Unfortunately, there isn’t one clear inventor of ice cream. There are quite a few moments where food similar to ice cream have been know to exist. For example, Ancient Rome, Emperor Nero, loved to mix snow with fruit and honey in AD 54-68. In 200BC it also know to be invented in China when a milk and rice mixture was frozen by packing it into snow. Americans used to make ice cream for army troops. Ice cream became more popular after that.
