Fun with Handstands

Have you always wanted to do a handstand? Did you used to flip up and down all the time as a kid – and long for that free, fun feeling of getting upside down – but these days aren’t quite confident enough? Or perhaps you’re itching for a new physical challenge and like the idea of building the strength and discipline to work towards a handstand… With or without your kids!

In these topsy turvy times why not literally flip your whole world upside down? Using a progressive structure of drills and exercises to build strength, stability and flexibility, David brings his background in martial arts, fitness and yoga to inspire you to have fun and give you a firm grounding for flipping your perspective on the world.
